2026 Tuesday Golf Handicap Rules. “The Road To Vilamoura 2026”.

In a controversial move on Tuesday afternoon the Tuesday Golf Handicap committee, made up of all of those who have read and digested the Tuesday Golf Handicap Rules over the past 20 years, which is basically Clive D. (Supreme Leader of The Handicap Committee)  and Mike T. ( Assistant Supreme Leader) , announced that the changes to the 2025 rules have now been ratified and are published below.

Chilly Entwistle (Leader of HM Opposition in most things and Leader of The Campaign for Silence on the Golf Course)  was vociferous in his opposition to these slight tweaks to the well established , very simple and well balanced rules:

“I don’t agreed” he stated categorically !

It was also pointed out by a number of Players that there is in fact no Trophy of any kind for the “Road To Vilamoura” Champion. Volunteers were asked for to take on responsibility for rectifying  this small matter and sadly ,so far, no one , apart from the woman in the pro shop at Ullesthorpe , has come forward.

The new rules will become effective as from now.

To raucous applause the Committee meeting was abandoned in chaos brought to an orderly close.
