The Bridlington Admirals Cup 2026 – Shorrocks Sensational , As Ever !!!!

The sun was shining on the righteous  as the 16 brave souls ventured forth onto the hallowed Yorkshire turf.

John B hit the front on day one with Julian and Fran in the frame.

Could the boys hold their nerve …………eeeerrr  No !    Not when there is a Carby and a Shorrocks in town !!!

Day 2 at Flamborough saw the Mighty Carby hit the heights and of course Kevin arriving with Biffa in hot pursuit.

Day 3 and a return to Belvedere, and the inevitable !

2025 Golfer of the Year slams in his big one ! Kevin Shorrocks untouchable ! with Aldo and Nigel fighting for second place in the great man’s shadow.

“it was 2019 when I was last in this winning position.” said Kevin as he addressed the crowd at the Belvedere winners enclosure.

“I am particularly pleased at winning the Crowhurst Trophy again especially, in this 10th year of that competition. I would also like to thank, on behalf of all this years Players, our stalwart organisers Biffa, Roger and Simon for yet another great Admirals Cup !!”

And with that Kevin waved to his many fans and retired to his private tent as the Police arrived to control the crowds and help with the tidying up.
